NFA going away soon?

I know this state will do everything in its power to prevent that stuff from coming into the borders but has anyone heard what is officially going on with suppressors, sbr and sbs? I heard they have pretty much have been deemed go to go without a form 4 but the atf is still trying to stop it.

ATF/DOJ seems to be onboard with it and are working on clarifying the rules so people don't get jammed up.

NYS still bans their possession as an illegal and dangerous weapon. It would take the Supreme Court saying they are protected for us to even think about being able to have one in NYS unless you’re some sort of special person.
