Don't even get me going on "free" lunches! I Don't get why the 80-90% of kids whose parent(s) can easily afford white bread and bologna ( I suffered through 12 years of it) are entitled to lunch, and often times breakfast as well, on my dime! I raised 4 kids...no-one got a free lunch and we were never considered well off! Sure give it to the kids who are obviously under nourished. It's usually fairly evident!

A disgusting waste yes, but it took all of 20 seconds to find out how they racked up that bill. The restaurant has a food truck, they brought it to the schools. I am sure using that particular restaurant was no coincidence.
