Are all governments so corrupt that they make war and bs just to keep the population in control and steal money, seeing how they personally almost never are held responsible?

Between 1985 and 2006 Epstein ran a sex ring with mostly underage recruits.

Thru today the living victims have bene paid over $300 million dollars by 3 banks.
