I believe every word of it.

I remember the news stories at the time, and analysis, after the fact.

After the USSR fell, the fUSA, under Bill "Cum Shot" Clinton, without doubt one of the most morally and politically corrupt presidents ever, proceeded to "rat fuck" the then weak Russian Federation out of huge sums of money.

There was one name I remember - Larry Summers - he's a total parasite and a fermenting POS. Lawrence Summers - Wikipedia

You'll see this poseur mentioned even today, mostly in the financial news - he's a criminal.

Most of that money probably ended up in The Clinton Foundation, another corrupt and seditious DemonRat organization.

Regardless of your opinion on Russia/Ukraine and Putin, this is exactly what the fUSA did.

I doubt Russians as a people, and Putin in particular, will ever forget, or forgive, that bullshit - and they shouldn't.
