I don't believe it allows for minimal regulation.

I think it's quite clear, it doesn't allow for any regulation at all. "Minimal" regulation is still an infringement.

And we all know that "minimal" is the camels nose in the tent. The definition of "minimal" will always be "slightly more than we have now".

It's that "minimalism" that's allowed the Federal and State Governments to exceed their Constitutional restraints under the Banner of "The Public Good" which is always subjective to the Party that instituted the egregious exercise of Power. Anyone that just cannot see the path that's lead us away from our Foundation should read the child's Book "If you Give a Mouse a Cookie" applying the lesson within.

The frustrating part is they have gotten away with it and there's really nothing anyone can or will do about it.
