What I would support is if this Administration would actually start arresting politicians who break the law.
instead they trot out these talking points now and then, especially when they think they reputation is taking a hit, then just let it all disappear into the ether.
It's just bread & circuses. All sound and fury, but signifying nothing.

If Newsom is bragging about it, and authorized it, then he should be singing a different tune in an orange jumpsuit. instead he is still out there, still engaging in fraud, still ruling his little fiefdom in spite of his illegal behavior.

If they would stop worrying about "building a case" and just arrest some of the shitweasels, they could get them to roll over on each other like dominoes.

it works for every other form of organized crime. Just because the deep state cartel is bigger than all the rest put together, doesn't mean the same strategy won't work.

Also, quit trying to "take out the top". Those are the most insulated guys. It's no wonder you can't "build a case" against the guy who's got 5 layers of stooges between themselves and the actual crime.

Start arresting the middle men, and then flip them *after* the convictions for dozens of years. After they've been staring at the bars from the inside for a few months, they'll re-evaluate how well their former bosses will protect them.

And for the love of god, put them in a real prison, not a country club. How on earth Maxwell managed her deal should be the first round of mid level flunkies that are investigated.
