And when the appeals court comes to the same conclusion? As we've seen numerous times with other issues.

If the Supreme Court thinks it should have gone another way why didn't they just throw out the appeals court decision and use their own?
Unless they are cowards who are afraid of upsetting anyone.

GVR is a cop-out designed to keep issues going with no final decision made.
