Until "Someone" is held PERSONALLY accountable (not using State Insurance money paid for by the Taxpayers who are damaged by neglectful policy and social agendas) little will change.

The system will protect itself.

Those cases will be immediately dismissed because "immunity" and the only people who can change that do not want to give up their own immunity to do it.

Immunity is unconstitutional. Fundamentally.

It needs to be eliminated, for everyone, for all time.

Neglect to duty and violation of oath should also be a consideration. Oh wait! By law it is.

A system that relies on internal actors to police itself will inevitably fall to corruption as it increasingly tolerates more and more egregious behavior from itself.

What we should do is make corruption an affirmative defense justification for use of deadly force.

That would shut a lot of shit down real fast, when then defense gets to present the evidence to a jury of the corruption and they get to decide if the shitweasel in charge deserved to die for it.
