???? Im pretty sure the other team was in the building directly behind and above and connected to the shooters building on the second floor .
They had complete overwatch of the entire blind side of the roof and knowledge he was present .
A second picture has emerged of Crooks checking his cell phone in the same spot.
Note his rifle and backpack.
