States should, of course, order arrest warrants for any and all Federal employees who attempt to enforce child-abuse-under-color-of-law.
And, while they are at it, enforcement of any unConstitutional laws.

This Country is splitting apart.

And they BETTER do it! And not waste opportunity like they did the first 2 years of Trump's administration. We may even have enough votes to override any Veto. But at worse, it's just a stalemate for 2 years as the lame duck gets nothing done.

Some "fact checkers" are saying the relevant language is being "misinterpreted" - below is the relevant paragraph...

"Notwithstanding any other law, a person shall not be subject to civil or criminal liability or penalty, or otherwise deprived of their rights, based on their actions or omissions with respect to their pregnancy or actual, potential, or alleged pregnancy outcome, including miscarriage, stillbirth, or abortion, or perinatal death."

Yeah, it's gobbledy-gook language - but it is completely obvious that the intention of this vague gibberish (highlighted) is to remove any penalty for a "perinatal death", regardless of the circumstances.

If this is not what the authors of the bill intended, then why in fuck did they even include the phrase "...or perinatal death."?

If it isn't about legalizing infanticide (perinatal death), why did the authors propose amendments to change the paragraph? -
