Just read on another forum that Remington is about to file bankruptcy chapter 11 again and that an Indian tribe was the lead bidder. is this false news?

Maybe freedom group needs to find a new industry because everything they touch turns to shit. Perhaps if they hadn’t closed down DPMS and Bushmaster they might have been able to float Remington a little longer in order to right the ship. But they seem to think that hunters that have been using the same shotgun for the last 35-50 years will provide enough revenue to keep the doors open. Just sad.

I'm not a fan of current Remington management, but I'm sure it didn't help that their Illion plant got shut down at the beginning of the highest gun sale period in history.
