From the article: A woman spotted leaving the Pawtucket police station in the wake of the shooting identified herself as the gunman’s daughter, telling reporters he “has mental health issues” and was “very sick.”

Yeah, no shit. You mean no white dude that isn't completely fucked up would cut their dick off, dye their hair bright colors, wear a dress, and give himself the name of a Hispanic woman? No way, I don't believe it!

PAWTUCKET, R.I. (WPRI) — The suspect in a Pawtucket shooting that left two people dead and three others injured Monday had a history of family disputes, some involving conflict over his gender identity, according to court records.

"In early 2020, Dorgan went to the North Providence Police Department and reported he had recently undergone gender-reassignment surgery and that his father-in-law wanted him out of their North Providence home because of it."

C'mon man, I ended up posting the same things in two different threads. Stuff that I think is relevant to the RI shooting discussion.

Are we doing a combined trans shooter thread, or are we doing them on an individual basis?
Just asking. ;)

It looks genuine, there are other pictures at different angles that have the same tattoo.
www.newsweek.com

Did Rhode Island shooter have a Nazi SS tattoo? What we know

Reports and images have circulated that state that the suspect in the shooting had a tattoo of a Totenkopf and SS bolts.

But very peculiar choice if it's in fact genuine... A murderous trans "nazi sympathizer" holding a baby...... My brain hurts trying to comprehend that

Watch the person in the white hat walking down the stairs.

Police said the shooting was interrupted when a good Samaritan stepped in, subdued Dorgan and brought a “swift end to the tragic event.”

Did Robert shoot himself while being in a headlock? What am I looking at there?

"While lamenting the "tragic, violent event" at a Pawtucket skating rink on Monday, House Minority Leader Michael Chippendale says it was not "caused by gun violence."

But "when leaders say this tragedy was 'caused by gun violence,' they are transparently reducing a complex human failure to a single talking point," when "the firearm was the means, not the cause."

Finally, some common sense coming from a politician, that's not very common.

Neither are NAZI SS tattoos on trans people. I'm just saying.

Media blackout on trans shooter.

12:00 video -

For those who TL; DW - "Court records detail the trans shooter's medical history - he had full blown gender reassignment surgery. His wife filed for divorce citing his "gender reassignment surgery, narcissistic + personality disorder traits."

and this -

You added this story to the last Trans shooting thread around 10:00 pm last night.
And that thread switched gears, and a discussion began about the RI shooting.

Then this thread about the same story was started around 10:00 am this morning

I'm just not wanting to post the same shit in two different threads on the same subject.
That gets a little bit confus ah fuck it. lol

The question throughout all of history is...

Should a particular subject have its own dedicated thread? As in a "All things such and such thread."

Or

Should a particular subject have different threads on particular events within the particular subject?

Both ways of doing it has it's pros and cons. IMO

Getting information off the Internet is like taking a drink from a fire hydrant.

I shall continue to merge threads as I see fit.

May not be the correct answer, but that is MY answer.

Even though the RI shooting topic started in an ongoing thread. I think I'm going to stick with this thread as the title description is more accurate to the actual event.

Remember the first transgender United States admiral in charge of the United States Public Health Service, Rachel Levine?

Rachel-Levine-.jpg

I just thought I'd mention it.

Jeez, it's like Roberta and Rachel could be brothers... wait, what?
