When hyperinflation kicks in, paychecks become irrelevant.

That is the mechanism of death for such an economy.

You do not want to live in a hyperinflationary environment. The story of Germany after world war 1 is downright frightening.

There are more recent examples too.

But all of them lacked one major point that would make the US version 1000 times worse.

None of the nations that have experienced hyperinflation were the worlds reserve currency.

If the US goes down that route, we will take the whole world with us. It will be the fall of the Roman empire again.

The fall of the Roman Empire was so devastating that the next few *centuries* were called "the dark ages".

So, you're not just looking at the failure of the internet and power grids. You're potentially looking at a world where society has forgotten how to even build or maintain them.

We're talking real post apocalyptic shit.

Maybe that is what is needed. I don't wish for it but the way things are progressing, that looks almost a desirable alternative.

catastrophic incident

(3) the term “catastrophic incident” means any natural disaster, act of terrorism, or other man-made disaster that results in extraordinary levels of casualties or damage or disruption severely affecting the population (including mass evacuations), infrastructure, environment, economy, national morale, or government functions in an area;

Any such incident like hyper inflation... would be a globalist dream. .. To save the world ... we need control ... and more control... Gun control...currency control...The controls we have endured due to the Covid is just a start ...Really an experiment to condition the masses.

“There will be no curiosity, no enjoyment of the process of life. All competing pleasures will be destroyed. But always— do not forget this, Winston— always there will be the intoxication of power, constantly increasing and constantly growing subtler. Always, at every moment, there will be the thrill of victory, the sensation of trampling on an enemy who is helpless.
If you want a picture of the future, imagine a boot stamping on a human face— forever. ”

Nice to hear of a judge getting pissed when the gov't prosecutor is subverting the rights of the defendant by ignoring the courts deadlines. It would be better if the judge would actually impose punitive measures on the prosecution for their failure to comply with the deadlines.

This judge is mad because the state cannot produce their expert in the case .. Among other things that the defense needs to review before trial.
Think back to another high profile case Travon Martin... The state and their lawyers failed to turn over like a thousand pages (maybe ) to zimmerman's lawyers until the trial was in full force.

Men shot by Rittenhouse can be described as ‘rioters’ and ‘looters’ but not ‘victims,’ judge rules ahead of trial

Kyle Rittenhouse’s lawyers can refer to the men he shot as “rioters” and “looters,” but prosecutors still may not call them “victims” at any time during the teen’s upcoming murder trial, a judge ruled...

except, a lot of the peasants will be armed, I see the feudal system coming on strong, little kingdoms and enclaves all across America. This should be fun :banghead:
