Save America Act

[Robin]

I don't think there is any issue of late that better illustrates our status as a Republic, representative democracy, than this bill that never came to a vote, never even introduced. While 85% of the voting public supported this bill Thune kept it off the floor claiming over and over again that the votes weren't there. Well, on any new bill, the votes are never there but it must be introduced to the floor for debate and during that interim, which may be a day, a week, or even a month, the people have a chance to contact their representative and air their opinion at which point, especially with an 85% plurality, and the threat of loosing their seat, many, if not all of those senators would have been on board even without making backroom side deals. But it never got introduced. Would it have made a difference? Yes, I think it would have in more ways than the actual bill would afford.
This is just one example that illuminates type of skulduggery faced by the Trump administration, Et Tu Thune! Who even represents any of us anymore! And the beat goes on.
There is a darkness on the horizon.

I believe this was a pivoting factor in the loss to democrats, and while I identify as Conservative/Libertarian/Republican, once again these fuckwads PROVED their ability to snatch victory from the jaws of defeat....we've been through it before, we will weather and endure, and do our best to utilize the Constitution the way it was intended...that or, well you know.

I was listening to a pod cast and the democrats find patriotism important at 6%. Let that sink in. Thats the difference. Democrats are me, me, me for every niche blue haired I made myself int a girl so I could get a metal where we care about the very ones rights for the most part.
Thats the difference. They want to travel and play video games and hike o work and pay their bills.

Trump has the option of forcing Thune's head, into a toilet bowl, politically speaking of course, to finally get it passed.

Also Alito and Thomas may suddenly retire, giving Trump the chance to appoint "Judge Roy Bean" style, DNC hating Justices.

If Trump really had sway over Thune then there wouldn't be over fifty Bills in the Senate (many of which Trump wanted) collecting dust.
Alito; eh, he can go, but Thomas has been instrumental in overturning decades worth of government infringements, and I hate to see him go even though he's rolling up on 79 years old with 35 on the Supreme Court Bench.

I think this was it. This is the one that will do is in. I think the socialists that were elected will get propped up by state funding or they will blame others for failures. We will spend so much money and prop so many people up this will start an even worse downward spiral. I’m sure it’s been said before but this is the end of America as we know it. The socialists and Muslims are taking over.
