Her name according to footage aired on local tv is Susan Braen. Looks like she lives in Hamburg. I'd hate to have her for a neighbor.

Is there a background check involved? How about a 16 month wait?
Make sure the chair is the proper size. It can't have more than 7 points of back and ass support or it will have to be registered. Especially if it's a fold up chair.
