I was half joking with the rep about free samples. He sent me a pair.
First impression is they are heavy for a composite toe shoe. But since they are CSA compliant, they also have a sole shank as well. He didn't say anything about waterproof but the literature seems to say they are. I'll wear them next week when I go to GA and SC.

Finished a budget project. Took my Ruger American ranch Gen 1 in 5.56 and added a Magpul hunter stock with Stanag magwell, glades armory 2” knurled bolt handle, added BCM flash hider, vortex rings to go with the vortex 4-12x scope and then smoothed out the action by coating the bolt in bore paste and then cycling the action a couple hundred times. All in all very happy with how it turned out.

Deep Blue DayNight PC StealthOps diver w/ flat rainbow tritium tubes.
Basically Luminox, but a good version at a better price. And I own and like my Luminox watches.
But for less than or the same price as their offerings you get Sapphire crystal, Seiko automatic movement, screw down crown and screw in case back in addition to the flat tubes in rainbow. All that for $250.
