Another wonder Law from the NYC democrat Left that does exactly jack shit besides add another charge to crimes that won't be prosecuted while released without Bail.
SCOTUS addressed Ghost Guns in Vanderstock.
It is not just NYS, and15 other states that ban them in various ways but now the FEDS regulate parts kits.
So.... waiting for SCOTUS??? That train left the station long ago. You are fucked, if your GG is discovered.
I figure the reason for SCOTUS decision, was so many minorities were building them in the ghettos, and MAGA was too, that common sense, overrode 250 years of that small freedom.........The Constitution is not a suicide pact with itself.

If this dumb law has been so effective, how come every other NY "gun crime" arrest report I read shows/describes the firearm as a ghost gun?
It's never about the effectiveness of the Law only the optics of a "need" for the Law and self aggrandizing accolades for those passed the Laws (irrespective constitutionality of course)
Those arrested for Homemade firearms ghost gun contrived a term to artificially inflate danger and vilify guns that primarily violate their Laws against certain types and handguns that They weren't asked permission for and thereby have no control over, and in the end that's what it's ALL about: Control over everyone,
