Yeah, sounds easy, doesn't it? Very easy to arrest someone/anyone, until the case goes to trial. If due process isn't followed your perp walks because of a constitutional technicality. When these traitors get walked, you might differ, but I want them gone for life.
The vision of them doing the perp walk is something I dream happy thoughts about. We still live in a constitutional republic. They have rights, the ones this country was built on. So when they are arrested, which I do believe Trump will return the mug shot favor, in spades, I want the case to be rock freaking solid.
Believe me, Trump has his mug shot hanging on the wall right outside the door of the Oval Office for a very good reason. He's telling every one of those traitors, who AREN'T president, that if he was 'good enough' to be processed, so are they. Their day of reckoning is coming. You can bet the god damn ranch on that one.

Find your low level functionary and follow the book to the letter. Make sure ever I is dotted and every T crossed. Give them every bit of process that is due.
But arrest them as soon as that is complete. Don't spend the next 2 years trying to build your case for the big fish and let the little ones go.
Use the cases against the little fish to put pressure on the big ones, force them to make errors you can catch them in.

Once you collar a couple of the little guys, they will give up the big guys for a deal. The big guys know who they are, you give them too much time and they will cover their tracks well. They will shred as much evidence as they can, better to face obstruction charges than what they are actually guilty of.

I have my score card ready with all of the usual cast of felons who need to be indicted. My Sharpie is at hand to start checking off names.
