The sun has an unnatural hatred for the Phoenix area, otherwise known as the valley of the sun. Lol
Northern Arizona is actually quite a bit different because you are up on the plateau with much of the area being well over a mile high in elevation you get actual winters, snow, etc. It's a super cool area.
I went to the grand canyon last March/April and there was snow.
Flagstaff AZ gets almost as much snow as western NY
Northern az is pretty interesting.
I think @spat has a really interesting location because he is pretty far south but at enough elevation to moderate his little micro climate.
I've heard Prescott AZ isn't terrible either.
Anything out west the most important question to ask, is what's the elevation. On my adventure last year, we were at Bryce canyon UT elevation about 7500 ft with heavy deep snow, 2 hours later we had driven back to our air BNB in st. George UT and it was 70 degrees and the kids went swimming in the pool.

Well, this caused me to go back to my thought's when this whole thing started, which was, show me some proof that he is actually dead in the first place! I am sure his CIA, NSA, and Mossad connections make his evaporation from the front page a piece of cake.

While I agree with your sentiment, it is easier to convict for lying to congress. To convict on the other charges they need to prove intent, which would give him wiggle room to evade conviction. If they convict him for lying about it, that could give them additional evidence for the other charges. Hopefully it wont end with the lying to congress charges.
