No, standard fentanyl test strips do not flag or detect nitazenes because of their completely different chemical structure
Naloxone (Narcan) does reverse nitazene overdoses, but because nitazenes can be significantly stronger than fentanyl, multiple doses may be required.

I think Di Nero just might have the most severe case of TDS that I've seen.
