Russian society is galvanizing around this incident. Deliberate attack on dormitory of sleeping vocational school students. There was nothing connecting this facility to the military, verified by numerous foreign journalists. This institution was producing kindergarten and school teachers. 21 were killed in the attack and 60 injured, some of them badly maimed or lost limbs.
This attack is consistent with Kiev's and its foreign backers well publicized policy "to bring the war to the Russian people and push them to make a regime change and stop the war".
It actually had the opposite effect.
Putin is under pressure to eliminate Kiev's decision makers and foreign participants in the war. Questions are raised, why wasn't it done already.

While bordering NATO countries are shaking their finger at Ukraine for using their territory to attack Russia and pretending they are not involved, there are consequences. There were several incidents of Ukrainian drones striking places in the Baltic states and Finland. Yesterday a drone hit an apartment building in Galati, Romania.
