US District Court Judge Virginia Kendall issued a ruling denying injunctive relief in a case involving so-called assault weapons and large capacity magazines. So after being explicitly told, in no uncertain terms, how to apply the standards for 2nd Amendment related complaints, the court got it wrong.

Will the judge be summarily ejected from the bench? Will he be fined for not doing his job properly? Will any repercussions be applied for his deliberate attempt to undermine The People's civil rights?

Judge didn't screw up. This is intentional refusal to follow the Supreme Court's decision. Basically doing what NY did. Gave the Supreme Court the middle finger. Another far left wing fanatic on the bench deciding how she wants the law to be. Who appointed her and when.? I haven't looked her up.
