So it appears the Donald is closing the gap. Frankly, I'm surprised the media is even reporting on it (I saw a similar report on NBC news earlier today). I wonder how things will shake out after the debates.

Conway seems to be doing a great job. Since he hired her his "holy crap man stfu!" moments have been very few and far between. What happened on Sunday is I think a perfect example of it. Media going absolutely nuts over Hillary and from Trump not a single damn peep about it. Let them talk about it, don't make it about you.

Trump is 2-3 points behind hillary nationally. fivethirtyeight gives him currently about a 30% chance. Much better than it was a month back. It IS within enough distance to close if the debates go well. I'm personally quite interested to see Hillary stand up without a break for 90 minutes.

The battlegrounds are following the general, but it is conceivable he loses the popular and wins electorate. I think the polls still show a big uphill battle for him and people need to appreciate that the odds against him winning are lower than those of hillary winning. But there's no denying he has chipped away most of her lead.
