I bet his lawyers already have the appeal written to any gag orders. All the way to the SC for election interference.

There was chatter earlier that team Trump is hoping to make this as big of a spectacle as possible, including running his mug shot in campaign ads.
Trump lawyers oppose cameras at arraignment, warn of 'circus-like atmosphere'
Donald Trump is due to be arraigned in New York on criminal charges related to paying porn star Stormy Daniels hush money before the 2016 presidential election.www.cnbc.com
Either this is a brilliant strategy on Team Trumps part to turn this into as much of a circus as possible by goading the prosecution into doing what Team Trump really ways to happen (live coverage) , or they are making a very big mistake here.
Transparency is the best disinfectant.
Americans need to see this shitshow.

This whole thing shows how much the system sucks. DA Bragg is a political hack of the progressive caucus and all the judges are bought and paid for. They do whatever they want. And the jury???? Could any conservative, Republican Or dare I say decent American get a fair trial in NY? What they are doing to Trump is flexing their muscle to the max. This case coupled with the way NYS and CA2 handled Bruen raised concered about wide spread political persecution. If they succeed in taking Trump down, they are going to feel emblilded to go after anyone who aligns with him. I do believe people like us will be targeted

It appears Trump favors the shitshow option, which would be my choice as well:

I really do hope Trump turns up the heat to a nuclear level of trolling.
Its the only play he's got. Might as well make it an epic for the ages.
'Sh*tshow’: Trump’s Court Appearance Turns into ‘Spectacle’
Donald Trump's arraignment on Tuesday has turned into a "midday, high-profile" "spectacle," as one law enforcement official claims, “It will be a shitshow.”

That NYC POS mayor.... He's hoping there is trouble, he wants shit to happen.
I heard on FOX that there is supposed to be Trump supporters in NYC during the "proceedings". I expect the supporters will behave. But I wonder if there will be some ef/b/eye and or Antifa mixed in to stir the pot.

I really, REALLY, hope Trump plays his cards right this time. This country needs a big fucking reset.
IMO, the only way he gets this right is to start reading the Declaration of Independence in front of the judge. The state will attempt to silence him, the secret service will have to defend him, and the rest will make history.

Will be?????
We've been targeted for years now. The only difference is that now they won't even try to gloss it over.
There will be "official" plants in any supposed "right-wing" protest whose sole purpose is to cause violence so they can round up or kill the protesters and try to save face.
Then they will start the confiscations, knowing that law-abiding citizens will have been pushed too far.
We're seeing the end-game here. In less than a year this corrupt regime will be murdering Americans in their homes.

In less than a year?
Ruby Ridge? Waco? No knock warrants? Swatting? The violent crime that has been turned loose in most states by emptying the jails, prisons, and asylums, along with the invasion of millions and millons of illegal aliens who are all criminals?
Mandated vaxes that cause people to choose between potential death and injury or losing the means to feed their families and/or the destruction of their businesses and wealth?

Those '34 Charges' Against Trump May Not Be What They Seem
There have been rumors floating out there for at least a few days that there will be more than 30 charges in the alleged Trump indictment. Now there’s a more formal report out, claiming that there will be 34 charges, and that they’re all felonies.I want to re-up my comments from Saturday when I said this “charge stacking” is likely what would happen. Prosecutors can try to charge as many things as they can, even if those charges only pertain to one incident. So let’s assume for the moment in this alleged “falsification of business records” charge, that Trump had to file a form that had signatures or initials on the same form multiple times. Each signature/initial could be counted as a potential charge, even if it’s all on the same form and just one incident. So if you had a 34-page form with signatures or initials on each page, you could potentially make 34 charges out of it. We’ll know when we see the real indictment to see precisely what they are talking about. It’s also a bit of flooding of the jury, all they would have to agree to is one to convict. This increases that possibility.

Just imagine if you would for a moment what could actually be accomplished if they put as much vigor into going after the real political scum as they are into trying to find something, anything against Trump. Remember this isn't against Trump, it's against all of us (well, not all of us). Those '34 Charges' Against Trump May Not Be What They Seem

Before they were called Democrats they were known as Tories.
Tory/Democrats have hated this Country since our Founding.
Republicans called it The Under Ground Rail Road because when Democrats found out Republicans were helping Blacks escape Democrats slavery, Democrats burnt our houses down.
Democrats...same as they ever was

A fair trial for a republican/conservative in Manhattan? NY doesn't even approve of fair elections. I wonder what would happen if some red state started taking action on Epstein's client list? I'm not sure elections or trials would be fair anymore in the banana republic.
Hey defendant Donald, why did you pick Bill Barr as AG? You seem to be complaining an awful lot about the problems you created. You picked the man, he was your guy. So you tell us - why did your guy do those things?
