As much as I hate to say it, I think we are already screwed for the mid terms…….

Loss of Obama Care subsidies

to name just a few

I really hope I am wrong, but very little
Time to turn these issues around, most of which impact a lot of people in their pockets

I figure defeating Iran while they're at their weakest point is the #1 priority for now.
Now that the war has started, it has to be won.

The midterms are going to have to take a back seat for now. I'm not saying that's a good thing, but it is what it is.

The midterms almost always go against the party that controls the Presidency anyway.
I'm just saying...

They are the primary modules for the LCS fleet (short of the old school helicopter towed sleds like we used in Vietnam) who are not in the theater yet. The aluminum hull Littoral Class ships need, in part, to use these more remote unmanned drone tools since the mother ships are not as robust as the more traditional shock hardened hulls . I believe we were expecting Allies (some of whom have bought our equipment) to step up and clear the 6 mile wide channel.

There are rumors China is going to ship some weapons to Iran.

We have the opportunity to do the most epic thing if we were to capture some of those mines intact and then reinstall them in the path of the Chinese ships....

There is a rapidly closing window to get this all to a good place. Maybe another month or two before it's too late to salvage the midterms.

But, I don't think it's too late yet.

If Iran is soundly defeated, the strait opened back up, the uranium seized, and oil prices are dropping by sometime in June, I think the midterms could go very well.

But even if all that stuff happens, but takes till September, I think it'll be too late to salvage the midterms.
