I love how the press says that Israel stikeing Lebanon was not breach of the cease fire when it was , But Iran striking isreal because they hit lebbanon was the problem. doublespeak at its best.

So, is Hezbollah part of Iran or isn't it ?

You can't claim it's a violation of the ceasefire, and also claim that attacks by Hezbollah aren't attacks by Iran.

Nothing We had done was prepared for a ground invasion. the CIA backed uprising failed like the last 4 times they tried it, but for some reason Trump had it in his head this will go down like Muduro did , and it didnt .

Had those forces been brought to bear, it may have made the Iranians think, We're fucked, we have to make a deal or we are going to have US marines in Tehran in 3 weeks. and we cant do nothing about it. it may have forced a deal.


But the Iranians see there is no invasion force, so they can play thier games ,Our weapons stocks have been depleted in the last few years due to other conflicts , We cant expend 1or 2 thousand J dams a day for months , we used up what we had. its gonna take time to build up enough material and the Iranians know it.

Iran has lost the ability to meaningfully threaten anyone.

They can manage some minor terrorism, but no actual military threats.

They have spent decades enriching uranium to 60%. They have enough that if they further enriched it to 90% they could make maybe a dozen bombs.

If we walk away and let them do what they want, they could make those dozen in a year or two.

It would take them much longer to make any more, because they would have to start from scratch.

It's not just what % you can enrich to, it's about the quantity. I could enrich to 90% in my garage if I wanted to, but I'd only have a few micrograms that wouldn't be useful for anything but a conversation piece.

This stuff isn't that complicated, but you seem determined to oversimplify it just enough to support erroneous conclusions. It's very reminiscent of the flat earth crowds arguments.
