It’s become the norm and commonplace for blatant constitutional infringements to be introduced. They don’t even care anymore how it looks because the people don’t care. Sad times indeed.

“Assembles with one or more persons for the purpose of training with, practicing with, or being instructed in the use of any firearm, explosive, or incendiary device, or technique capable of causing injury or death to persons…”

Why does everyone keep ignoring the following clause:
"knowing or having reason to know or intending that such training will be employed for use in, or in furtherance of, a civil disorder; or "

Not that this still leaves this bill as an egregious infringement on the Rights of American Citizens to protest and, yes, remove corrupt politicians and governments, but you have to look at the big picture.

It's not just that certain things are being taught. It is that they are being taught by those not approved by the very same .gov that should instead be changing their behavior to avoid being the subject of such training.
