Just like someone stated in the comments. Another pansy ass judge who just willingly admitted that other aspects of NY’s CCIA is most likely unconstitutional but is too much of a pussy to overturn them. He should be disbarred himself.

Uh, well...actually... Judge Sudaby COULDN'T rule on any of the other aspects of the CCIA because it wasn't in front of him. Beyond that he was and is beholden to the court rulings above him and cannot overturn a superior court's precedent. Every one of you complain when a leftist judge rules from the bench as an activist, it's just as wrong when a right leaning judge does it- which he didn't. Judge Sudaby not only did the legally correct thing in following precedence, but came to the correct decision with the case before him and called out the conflict left standing as well. Quit your bitching, especially if you don't know what you're bitching about.
I would doubt this is true or would hold legal water. I doubt the authorities would make an issue of this.
The only thing that makes me wonder is that other laws do not apply to private clubs. Such as indoor smoking, some civil right laws, and ADA laws.

WE don’t. Lower judges and DA’s (not their level) cherry pick THEIR interpretation and application based on THEIR interpretation and personal views (Lady Justice is no longer blind) and continue to get elected or not recalled.
Judge Suddaby happens to be the ONE person most responsible for restoring 2A rights in NYS. He is singlehandedly doing more than anyone else, and yet you say he should be disbarred because he didn't do something he couldn't legally do. That's absurd. Your rights are taken away in giant swaths, with the stroke of a pen. Those same rights are regained one painful inch at a time. That's just the way it is. It's time consuming and expensive, and in the end you have still lost ground. But yeah, go ahead and complain that he's not doing enough. Judges can only rule on the matter in front of them, and they're bound by precedence.
Agreed. Many other things were more important than this. I have CC’d in an airport when picking up my wife late at night. I met her in the building and walked her to where we parked. I can’t remember why but for a while at 9/11 they wouldn’t let you pick people up or at for more than 10 seconds waiting on someone. It was ridiculous so I parked and grabbed her of if I remember correctly.
Neither does the CCIA impact the entire country and that’s what this challenged.

“States Rights” has always been a back and forth. States have always been allowed a more restrictive stance except for protected ones…..at their discretion.
That’s why I said I’m pretty sure the northern district covers the area he mentioned. Yes, Syracuse is in Onondaga county and that county is covered by this ruling.
