Anthony Fauci is having a terrible day after the Trump Administration started cleaning house at the United States Department of Health and Human Services.

As The New York Times reported, the Trump administration on Tuesday laid off thousands of federal health workers as part of cuts announced last week. The firings included several senior leaders and government scientists.
The bloodbath also included entire units focused on promoting ‘reproductive health’ (abortion), and gun control. How refreshing that American tax dollars will no longer fund baby killing and Second Amendment restrictions at the agency.

TGP readers will be especially thrilled to learn that two of Tuesday’s casualties were Fauci’s wife, Christine Grady, and Dr. Clifford Lane from their positions at N.I.H.

They could have kept it all legal and still pocketed billions.

But, I bet after decades of getting away with it they will have gotten sloppy and they will have moved from merely unethical into blatantly illegal for a lot of it.

They will have forged some progress report, or lied about a destination for some money.
