Despite some decent arguments, it seems to me someone isn't in the US by choice. Maybe he was forced out of the USSR. The love of communism runs deep.

At this point I don't care who's right in this conflict. Both sides are dirty as fuck. Take the gloves off and get this match going so we can move on to the next "world ending event".

I personally don't think he's unhinged enough to actually use nukes. The man absolutely loves his country and the control he holds over her. I'm sure he knows that most nuclear armed countries have cross hairs on Russia.
It would mean complete destruction of "his" country. I think what damage he inflicts will be second fiddle in his mind.

But he could be like Biden and just plain don't give a shit.

It is dated info, but I have seen analyst reports identifying significant infrastructure investments in Russia to help ensure survival of large swaths of their population during a nuclear war. I know of no such investment here except for some of our ruling class. (guised as Command Centers, Recovery Management Centers)

Could they really do enough though, with the amount of warheads that would drop on Russia you'd think between surface building destruction and the amount of radiation in the air and weather patterns, you wouldn't want to be on the surface for a good 50yrs anyway. At least from my uneducated position.

I am just tired of listening to idiotic bullshit. After 47 years of this it takes a toll.

The many years of reading posts involving Russia/USSR, good bad or indifferent, you always praise them. Almost to the point of being on your knees kissing Soviet boots. I'd bet money that you'd vote for Putin if he ran for US president.

I may or may not agree to these statements.

Is what he does any different than what nearly every US President does?

US presidents do not jail political opponents. Eg trump did not imprison Hillary or Biden trump or bush gore etc etc. so yeah very different.

But I mean some of you need to wipe Putin's and Xi's big, fat, juicy loads off of your faces.

Just weird. Just fucking weird.

Real heros are so far in out rear view we've begun to love dictators and authoritarianism. As long as they are on "our" side of course.

Then the founder's ideas are truly dead.

I don’t fucking get it.

Last week the story here was that if Trump was in power putin never would have done this. Dozens of posts on this forum asserting that.

Now he’s actually working with Putin to expose the globalists and/stop bio weapons labs in Ukraine? The guy who couldn’t even keep his own office is somehow utilizing Putin’s military (this is pure and simple treason btw) to expose the evil cabal and drain the swamp?

Putin is a good guy now helping our own democracy in the USA?

That is some of the dumbest shit I’ve ever read.

I think I have read every post here, I must have missed the posts about Putin being a good guy.

I'll have to reread all of them and find the exact posts.

I look at history objectively, not ideologically. All ideologies have pluses and minuses. My mind is not poisoned by fanatical indoctrination and Russophobia. I don't view the world through a narrow ideological prism.
People like Putin because he tells it like it is, unlike politicians in this country who blow smoke up your ass and don't really mean what they say.
