Just quitting, no.
But getting sick of Putin's leadership destroying their country, now that's quite believable.
If he was smart he would be living in Argentina under an assumed name by now.

Putin's million man army? If he tries to conscript that many men he will have some very serious domestic problems to deal with.
Saw in other news that some men have shown up in boats on some remote Aleutian island. We now have Russian Boat People!
If Russia leaves nothing much left for the Ukrainians to take back when they are done, then they are simply hurting the people that they claim want to be part of Russia. That makes a lot of sense. But maybe they will be generous and take them all back to the Mothership with them.
Inspire fear in their ( Russian ) enemies? I don't think there are many Countries fearing Russia these days.
Perhaps historically Russia would fight to their last civilian. However, that is history and today is a different time. Look around our own Country . What was accomplished historically through the sacrifices made in our history surely will not be repeated by our citizenry today. Russia is no different in that respect. We are in a totally different era. Not to mention that Russia was historically fighting to repel an invasion. Similar to what the Ukrainians are doing today.
Unless the Countries of the word cave to the energy card, ( which will take sacrifices that todays society may not be up for ) Putin has created a pool of shit that he is destined to swim in one way or the other.
What the hell is this whole thing about not provoking Putin? Guy invades a Country, destroys anything he can and the invaded are supposed to be complacent about it? It does not work that way where I come from.

Not at all.
Even after some kind of resolution, Russia will need to be sanctioned and kept out of civilized politics until they make reparations due the war they waged on their neighbor.

George Soros Has His Hands Around The Throat Of Ukraine
The shady new-world-order purveyor and the Biden regime have led us to the brink of nuclear war, and for what?

Russia has a population of 150 million. Thats 0.5 % . they lost over 100,000 men in some pockets during WW2. If Russia has one thing, its an endless supply of angry men.

So, in the meantime until "some kind of resolution" day arrives the Ukrainians are supposed to sit there and let Putin repeatedly kick them in the balls and do nothing? Something wrong with that picture.

Opinions abound. And we all have ours. In this case I disagree. I don't think you will find an "endless supply of angry" Russian men eager to march off and put their life on the line in the Ukraine for Putin. And, it would in this case be for Putin, not for the Mother Country.
Additionally as I said before, we are in a different era. The average male in Russia today ( as well as the rest of the planet ) is not the same as during WW11. Just look around and this is evident. Also, what Putin is doing in the Ukraine is in no way what the Russians were experiencing during WW11

This conflict in Ukraine didn't start on Feb.24. It started with violent coup organized and carried out by U.S. government in 2014 and civil war that followed. This is what our country does around the world. Let's stop pretending our shit doesn't smell and blame others for what we cause. Russia is not Yugoslavia, it can stand up for itself. Evil doers in Washington and idiots who buy into their propaganda can go to hell.
It's not PUTIN, it's Russia and overwhelming majority of Russian people who support Russia's stance against Western predatory policies towards their country.

WW11???!!!! Whoa, pump the brakes, lol. We haven't even gotten to WW3 yet. J/K I know what you meant.
I cannot wait to see what President Putin does in retaliation for the terror attacks against his bridge.

I dont think that is correct. The Russian people know very well who they are fighting . Without NATO this war would have been over with already

If Ukraine wants peace, they need to make continuing the war too painful for Russia.
Attacks on Russian infrastructure would be a good place to start.

I think you've got that backwards.
It's the Russians who can't win.
Wars of attrition are decided on logistics. The Russians are notoriously terrible at that, and they are up against the logistics train of all of NATO.
As for winning, I guess people need to agree on what winning is.
A couple of small Nukes would win. A massive bombing campaign, killing 100's of thousands would be a win. Decimating their cities would be a win.

Winning in this war is about who exercises political control over the territory of Ukraine at the end.
Even if Russia comittee a nuclear holocaust and killed 90% of the Ukranians, they don't win unless they're in control of the territory at the end.

Heres the thing you dont get, You dont kick someone in the balls in a street fight because you dont want your balls kicked in. You can its a legit move, but you know whats going to happen
Russia didnt knock out power or communications in Ukraine but they could have. Its a legit target. Just like the bridge is a legit target . doesnt mean you should do it. You can, just like you can sucker punch or ball kick someone but as they say, payback is a bitch

The current Russian government might not even control Russia when this is over.
I could easily see Putin committing suicide by shooting himself in the back of the head twice before jumping out a 10th story window.
They love him. I pay very close attention to what is happening, in the Country as well as this current conflict. I read non US newspapers, and I watch the news from non-US TV media. Not just Russian news, news from many different places. He is not going to get popped in the head.

In a street fight you *do* kick the guy in the balls.
Then you gouge out his eyes.
Your goal is not to reach some polite agreement. Your goal is to make your enemy regret ever getting into the fight to begin with.

Everyone here has to stop thinking Ukraine is making their own defense. The US and NATO is balls deep in this. We are in a defacto state of war with Russia. Let that sink in.
