No Gag Order. Next trial date is... December 24th lol
As if we needed confirmation that this was nothing but election interference by the establishment. Next hearing 9 months from now?
Maybe Bragg is pregnant? Didn't know he was a transfreak.

"Judge Juan Merchan, the judge in the Donald Trump court case, has made multiple contributions to Act Blue, the payment processor for the majority of Democrats political contributions, in the 2020 campaign cycle. FEC data shows that among the 3 contributions made to Act Blue, one was earmarked for “Biden for President,” another earmarked for “Stop Republicans,” and the last one earmarked for “Progressive Turnout Project.”
Its a tangled web. Just a co-inkidink though, right?

At one point I was done with Trump. Wanted someone more like DeSantis. Now I am 100% backing Trump. Not only that, but I hope when he becomes president again he lays the gauntlet down and goes eye for eye tooth for tooth with all these radical leftists.
Well, I guess there’s no time limit. It’s time to go back and look at Hillary.

Gee its almost like the timing on the next hearing, December 4th, was chosen to coincide with some other event that will be in full swing by then.
Hmmm what could that be?
I'm stumped.

This case is only intended to be a political thorn in his side thru the election season. Next date in Dec?? Come December they will request another long adjournment and drag it out just in case they cant cheat their way to the WH in 24.They have no intention of ever going to trial. Its a shame the rinos, and I believe they are all rinos, dont investigate the Clinton Foundation and see what "falsifying records" really looks like.

They got him this time!
I have lost count of how many times the MSM has told all of their viewing morons
that "we got him this time" and then they don't... Ever.
How many times are the lefties going to get all excited only to get let down?
How many times until they start connecting the dots?
Duh, Ho Lee Fuk, lefties are gullible.
They thought they had Orange Man Good "for sure THIS time" with the Mar A Lago thing.
But then the "Nuclear Codes" turned into a "Nuclear Nothing Burger."
And the lefties were let down again...
And they're going to get let down yet again... LOL
I think it's hilarious that the lefties that watch the MSM fall for it every time, how stupid can they be?

NEW YORK CITY (TND) — The impartiality of the judge overseeing Donald Trump's hush money case has come under question after news broke his daughter's consulting firm worked for numerous high-profile Democratic campaigns, including that of current Vice President Kamala Harris and Rep. Adam Schiff, D-Calif., who led the Democrats' first attempt to impeach Trump in 2019.

Because they have TDS, its a real mental disorder. They are brainwashed. They just hate him for the sake of hating him. If you ask one of these people something like why is he a liar? What in particular did he lie about? all they have is "everything". Why do you say he's a racist? "Because he is" they have no particulars on any of his supposed sins.

Since the indictment seems like a big fat nothingburger, maybe they should try another impeachment?

Wonder if he thinks it would be relevant if Biden was being tried by a judge whose daughter worked for the freedom caucus.

Why would Federal law be relevant in a State case?
If it is... though, if, for example, a conspiracy to violate Federal laws can be prosecuted under NYS Conspiracy laws?
Fucking HUUUGE, Tommy. Every fucking legislator who voted for an invalid law is going to fucking prison.

Not really - and I can only speak for myself.
Personally I don't think the cases are that great - at least from what has been publicly shared. In fact I think the "modifier" that is for an allegation that is past the statute of limitations is a really bad argument. Regardless of my dislike for Trump, the arguments should be damn near bulletproof and I don't think they are. Is a conviction possible? Yes. Likely? I don't think so.

CNN said tonight that the charges were weak.
Did they? I wasn't aware, either way it wouldn't impact my opinion on it (if for example they thought it was open and shut I'd still feel the same way I do now).

I listened to Trumps speech. I loved it. He called out all the NY political thugs. Latecia James, Alvin Bragg, Chuck Shumer, Hillary Clinton etc. We live here and know how aweful the system is. Trump is now a victim of their overreach and political zeal. He called them out for what they are - communists. Regardless of what you think about Donald Trump there is no denying that Alvin Bragg and Latecia James are far worse.
The bigger picture is that Democrats have absolute immunity and commit as many crimes as they want without fear of Justice. Meanwhile they weaponsize the courts to hunt down and attack their political enemies. I hope Trump beats the cases. Becomes President again and gives them all a dose of their own medicine.
