So I see the Westchester county clerk cashed my $3 check, to amend my license, to add the revolver. Does that mean it's approved or that they deposit it regardless? I also have an email out to the licensing office.

No it doesn't mean it's approved just means they deposited the check ,hopefully you don't have to wait 6/8 weeks keep us updated on your timeline .
Latest addition to the stable. Love my VP9 and VP9SK but I had the pleasure of shooting a friend of mines Hellcat Pro Osp and I fell in love with it immediately so I got my own. Wanted something a little more concealable than the VP9SK for t-shirt weather. 1 week wait with the amendment and she’s home with the We The People LH IWB holster for my southpaw ass.

LoL, aren't you special. I can go buy a pistol and leave with it without having to drive around and ask permission from a judge and put it on a card. I don't need a permit to purchase or a NICS check either and I can carry it open or concealed without a permit. But "StAy aNd FiGHt" right?

Here are my two of my most recent finds. Both are P220 Legions, an LE and a Carry.
I like the XD-E, except the grip is very wide compared to my CZ P-01. Springfield should have made it with changeable backstraps. Other than that I like it. It conceals better than my CZ, due to it's shorter grip.

How many new firearms did you purchase and take possession of without doing a background check? How many new post 86 machine guns did you purchase without acquiring a tax stamp? How many suppressors did you make or purchase without a tax stamp? Does your state allow persons under 21 to conceal carry a firearm without a permit? Does your state allow to purchase and keep land without having to pay a yearly tax on that land after the intial sale? Are you able to go to a restaurant and order alcohol without having to order food or are you forced to only go to bars and taverns for that? Are you are able to purchase liquor and wine from locations other than state run liquor stores? Are you able to buy kegs and mini bottles in your state?
I’m tired of pompous people assuming that the only answer for everyone is to simply move to a free state as if that will fix all the problems. Some people have that option and some people do not. If you do, great good for you. I don’t have that option as I have two very elderly parents who need me to stay close but. If I were to move to another state then I would lose my standing and no longer have a court case. I don’t reside in California but I still donate and do what I can to help their cause as I realize that the bullshit they face can eventually spread everywhere.

We have here a S&W Performance Center 586 L-Comp. Certainly the finest handgun I own by a large margin and possibly the finest piece overall in my collection.
It came with the Rosewood boot grips installed and they are very pretty indeed but the finger grooves don't fit me and this is a heavy 37oz gun and it feels a little unbalanced in a two lingered grip. I will eventually put some black cherry VZ fullsize grips on. Eventually.........once I get through my self imposed period of poverty cause by this acquisition.

Yes. Tig welded. Very rough filing and sanding obviously
. Still a little work to be done to clean it up and then test firing. When that's to my liking I'll make it look pretty.

One of the things I've been thinking about with these is higher cap mags. The 40 rounder has been done already and I may still do that but I would really like to create a 40 round coffin mag to keep the same profile without having a huge banana clip coming out of it. It will probably prove to be extremely challenging.

added high visibility front sight with tactical rack rear sight, Wilson combat full length guide rod and plug,Wilson combat recoil spring and main spring, Wilson combat safety plunger spring, Wilson combat bullet proof seat, Wilson combat bullet proof disconnector, Wilson combat bullet proof sear spring and stainless grip screws and o rings.

Colt Competition. The Blue G10 grips are factory, the other ones are Hogue Rosewood and I like them rather better.
