No, we want national Constitutional Carry. No permission slips needed to exercise a right.

Prison time for deprivation of rights under color of law.

Unfortunately, some of us are constrained by elderly parents that need care and have no intention or are physically unable of leaving their homes. Some of us have kids that live in this state with grandchildren that you want to be part of your life. Some of us have wives that refuse to give up their homes or their secret boyfriends from high school that they think we don't know about. Some of us have careers that at this point in our work lives do not want to give up. Some of us couldn't deal with the though of not being able to buy Zweigle's white hots. I'm sure there are more reasons...
All of those reasons are completely valid. I do get it. I really miss Mighty Taco.
It was difficult walking away from my profession. Hard to walk away from the kind of money I was bringing home.
Leaving friends was very, very difficult.
Leaving the two older sons up in that hellhole was heart-breaking to my wife. Hoping they will join us here sooner than later.
As for parents, my dad is long passed and my mom moved out of NY many years ago.
I never mean to say that the moving out of that shit hole is easy....

No worries my friend. My in-laws are here from Kansas City visiting for the weekend and I've already had 4 shots of Woodford Reserve Rye in less than an hour. And really, leaving NYS yesterday without a forwarding address would have been a dream come true...trust me

I'd say so.
I'd like to see Trump do something about Hochul. Like eradicate her out of position using government powers.
Maybe Trump is watching these forums and is taking notes.... hey... you never know.

I mean sure constitutional carry would be cool.
You see, I guess I just didn't think about it much.
In my state you can open carry without a permit
And my permit cost me $20 and ten minutes. It's not exactly an arduous process. I guess that's why I didn't really think about it much.

Many of these reasons are why I haven't left.
But there is also the ultimate reason.
I'm an American. I will not be forced out of my home by some two-bit collagen-riddled hag tyrant with delusions of grandeur. If she doesn't like American Rights she can take her ugly-assed mug and St Louis Arch looking brows to whatever socialist country best fits her crazy. And take the DEI beluga with her.
I have no kids and have long since come to the realization that my State government will be what kills me.
OK......................can you buy a Remington 700 in all states?
YES.
Can you take it hunting in all the states....YES
RECIPROCITY ALREADY EXISTS...................... the Sullivan laws are unconstitutional as is the entire Safe Act............
How can registered AW's be legal in the state, and no more can be registered, or sold to other registered AW owners?
SOUNDS FUCKING UNCONSTITUTIONAL TO ME............and I am just an observer, NOT A PUSH THRU LAWYER, ENACTING AN UNCONSTITUTIONAL, DRACONIAN SET OF LAWS, OR IGNORING THE STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS IN TRUMPS CRIMINAL TRIAL.
Think the syrup is running on the floor thinking about this?
YES.

I found a place that ships garbage plate kits.
My wife is very good at recreating them. Not quite up to original Tahou's standards, but at least as good as any of the copy cats, Tom Wahls, Bill Gray's, etc...
Pardon my ignorance, but HOW is POTUS of any influence to SCOTUS other than nominating Justices to the Bench (pending Senate Approval)?
Despite threatening to stack the Court, Biden didn't nominate or add to the Court, but I can see where Trump will start the search process and have someone waiting in the Wings...
The United States Government is about to learn why and how private Business is successful and effective while it is not.
The SCOTUS reads the news everyday and knows the drift that the Dems were taking, about packing the court......impeaching Thomas, harassing the homes of the Justices...........
SCOTUS helped Trump just before election in two cases on disqualifying illegal aliens from voting and extension of ballot applications............took a big risk
Freedom from fear, frees the court to now issue pro gun laws without fear of insane acts by the Democrats....
The SCOTUS Bump Stock decision was clear ........tested the waters, and the waters were boiling........QRTriggers case, is exactly the same and now will be shitcanned by lower courts, using the Bump decision as basis.
Frame and Receiver Law--ghost guns and now AWB;s in many states will be heard ...........by not hearing them........using Bruen as basis.....as did a Fed Judge in Illinois on Friday.
It is now a new day dawning, against the Communist takeover of the Republic...grocery prices did it..........not the BOR.

I wonder if there would be any response by SCOTUS if someone would draft a letter imploring them to send the US Marshals to arrest the Das Cunt Kommandant Hochul.
She has violated their decision in NYSPRA v. Bruen, illegals situation, and the many other infringements against us in the ninth level of hell - New York.

Contempt in the very least.
Realistically they should issue an order for her to stop or be held in contempt.

Off topic and all that, but I thought I was the only one on the planet to use “beluga” in a sentence…. Especially in a disparaging way! Kudos!
Honestly, I'm surprised she isn't suing me for calling her white.
Maybe "beluga" isn't accurately descriptive of her, but "Sperm Whale" sure isn't (doubt any guy would get his dick that close), "Blue Whales" and the other baleen whales are gentle giants, unlike our AG, and Orca are WAY too cool to be associated with our AG.
Maybe Walrus? Capybara (which I hear is actually a fish, according to the Catholic church)? How about "the great oceanic garbage patch"?
Either way, if the SCOTUS doesn't start remembering what glass they keep their teeth in they will become irrelevant. And, once any major branch of the .gov is irrelevant, the entire .gov becomes irrelevant and loses whatever image of legitimacy they had.

Hochul the Horrible is a criminal. She's a lawless state Governor who has obviously gone rogue.
That asshole act's as though New York State is her very own kingdom and she doesn't have to answer to anyone but Soros and the like.
She's the enemy of freedom.
If Hochul was ever to be held accountable for her bullshit I would throw a yuge party.
It would be an extraordinary party, it would be a party like this country has never seen before, maybe even the world. It would be a party that would easily go into the Party Hall of Fame.

Problem is she's only 1/3 of the power structure required to pass legislation and each can blame the other two, then comes the issue of States Rights which can be challenged under the Supremacy Clause

I don’t see much changing in NYS.
I don't see where her "warning" means a fucking thing to Trump or his Administration, and I expect Donald will make that fully understood to her and the "fatass".

I have zero doubt in the Trump administration but Hochul and Co. happily ignore the constitution and the Supreme Court. Unless he is willing to MAKE them comply I don’t see anything changing.

SCOTUS has already ruled on the states rights part of that.
And the legislators can pass what they want, SCOTUS's ruling is specifically about the enforcement of the law. Continuing to enforce it is contempt.
There are lots of blatantly unconstitutional laws still on the books, but SCOTUS has ruled that you can't enforce them, and as long as the executive branch doesn't try, then all is well.
In theory SCOTUS could hold any police officer or district attorney who attempts to enforce one of those laws in contempt top. They won't, but they could.
How long do you think that law would last after the 1st cop went to prison for make an unlawful arrest over it.
