Doubt Iran was a major "Nuclear threat" as we are told. The WMD lie and many false flags of the past are used to scare the populace into submission. The same tactic is used to steal our gun rights with planned mass shootings. Never let a crisis go to waste slogan should have taught you something.
I don't know IF they had or were really close to nuclear weapons, but Countries many would consider less developed managed to make them, and we did it over70 years ago, so there is a likelihood they might well have accomplished building them.

They don't need any new datacenters for that. They've already got everything they need.
New datacenters will be for training AI agents to do things we can't do now at all.
The next generation of fighter jets and tanks will be unmanned. Whoever has the smarter ones will win.
The factories to build them will be fully automated. You want the smartest robots building them.

Best estimates are enough Uranium at 60% that if it was finished to 90% could make about a dozen bombs.
Even if it's buried under all the rubble at Fordhow, it's still there. If they extracted it first, that would save them the trouble of digging it up, but not really more than a few months difference.
What people don't understand is that a single centrifuge can process X kg of uranium per month. Whether it's going from natural 0.7% to 0.8% or from 60% to 60.1%.
but the math they don't get is that to get a ton of 60% you need to process tens of thousands of tons of natural uranium. To get 50kg of 90% you only need to process a few tons of 60%. That's why it takes so much longer to go from 0.7% to 60% than it does from 60% to 90%.
Basically the whole process is about throwing out the U238 and keeping the U235. By the time you're at 60% enrichment you've thrown out 99% of the U238 that you started with, and there's only a little bit left to sort to get you to 90%.

So whatever was going on with the newest "peace talks" are likely to be up in smoke.
I absolutely predict this conflict to continue for the foreseeable future because both sides have positioned themselves to where they cant seek a peace deal because they will lose face. They are both caught in an escalation loop cycle where they really can't get out of it under the existing dynamic without drastic changes. Trump maybe forced to "go big" but that may also have the counter effect and just reenforce irans resolve to see it through.
China is probably egging Iran on to manipulate them to keep this going longer so we further deplete our missile stockpiles.
I made fun of Russia for invading Ukraine without really having a plan to end it, yet here we are clearly not learning from their blunder. The bigger problem is we are trying to supply a conflict on the other side of the world not at our front door so logistically it's significantly harder and more expensive to keep this up. Also, if we just pull out and leave, we can, but we lose legitimacy in the gulf oil countries and it's almost a guarantee with a short amount of time the USD would be replaced as the global reserve petro dollar which would have disasterous effects on our economy.
