You have got to be fucking kidding me. I naively thought a majority would vote to convict with a few holdouts. Turns out it is exactly the opposite - most jurors wanted acquittal with one brave guy standing up for 3 murdered kids and society in general. We are doomed.

If the roles were reversed and eleven Juror's were voting "guilty" and one was holding out under "Jury Nullification" which clearly is their Right irrespective of what the Judge says or instructs, they wouldn't have any problem with this bullshit of a Public spectacle billed as a Murder Trial.

I hope the femitwatzi's from the sidelines remember that tampering with a Jury (which includes contact, threats, harassment, etc.) are a Serious FELONY! but they'll think no one will know and they'll get away with it, knowing the fuckwads that make up Massachusetts Government, they likely will.
