Well since I've switched to a 19x sized frame it's now a 17+1 and two more 17s for the Glock clone. For the lcp max it's 10+1 and another 10. I have 12s, but I need to vett them first. I don't like carrying unvetted guns or mags.

Again, I say a handgun and all the correct size mags you can afford.

If they were reliable I'd consider letting my wife have the lcp max and I'd grab the body guard. But I've had only one malfunction with my lcp max, possibly user induced

This is what I did, and took off the hideous NY legal stocks in the process. I also bought a pistol a few days later when I got my pa driver's license and permit (same day.) I've been so busy I haven't had time to change the barrels or grind off the thread protector welds.

So now I gotta run ammo, knives, and pets across the state line...

I have a Glock replica BB gun...and a red Ryder. Believe or not it helps
