$30 million? Yikes that is a lot of money but why does it and why would it cost that much to have a few people review the increases in utility bills? What would you need two teams of five to review them. Can’t be that hard honestly.
I’m not sure capital gains would apply because she no longer owns the property. She signed it over to the government years ago and as a condition of that sale she was allowed to remain living there until her death. Well she’s not dead. They essentially laid her to government up her right to...
I’m sure they will. This wasn’t a sale of the property because she already sold it to them so I’d assume it will all be looked at as income.
Previous to this she signed the home over with her husband, but they were granted the right to live there for the remainder of their lives as part of the...
Absolutely. You can’t remove a magazine without a tool but you can have a fully functioning firearm sitting around because you close the upper and lower then insert a magazine. This is what I question the legality of the bullet button on. I feel having the gun closed and in working order without...
Well the old lady won. They settled with her for almost $3 million dollars. Good for her. Scumbags made a deal with her to buy her property but then allowed her to live there until her death. She outlived them and what they planned. They tried to cancel the deal they made with her and so eminent...
Gotta love her and her plans.

I’d say the bullet button is a no go. All you need to do for the ones I’m familiar with is take a round and push on it and you can drop the mag. Then you can insert a new mag so to me this doesn’t meet the law.
Yes, you’re correct and I agree with this. The gun show I went to had many riles sold with the magical I have on mine and I can tell you lots of NYSP and Erie County sheriffs would walk by them. The owner was never arrested and his guns never confiscated.
Now to find it if it is there then. I didn’t see the video so I wasn’t sure. Oftentime people move smaller amounts of cash to be avoided. I try to skirt every rule I can. I’d cary $9,980 to avoid having to declare it.
Yes, you’re correct on the law but remember the bullet button and there is another one where you separate the upper and lower and then it accepts a new mag. I’d say those ones would not be legal IMO. Of course anything is a guess at best but these seems to almost surely to run afoul of the law.
