FYI, from Napa it’s $140 and only lasts a few “reports” then would need to be replaced. These ebay ones look to be better designed for handling loud noises consistently. On the fuel system I mean of course.
It’s brand new but it’s so loud. I can hear the fuel as it travels from the tank to the injectors. It’s as loud as a 9mm AR. This item seems like it can handle both.

I have. Two of my best friends are chefs, one is actually very well known in NYC. They both rave about it. I’ve had stuff they’ve prepared with it. Definitely good, but I just don’t see myself using it much if it takes 2 hours to cook a steak that I already do fairly well in 10 mins or so.
I considered using my built up points for a sous vide but watched a few videos while manning the desk last night and learned how long it takes to achieve temps. As interesting as it seemed at first, I don’t think it’s worth preparing a steak hours in advance.
