I have a new rule for myself (unless it's an emergency/work emergency) I keep my phone silenced and in my pocket when I go out to eat. I do the same when I'm at home. Yes, I'll occasionally watch TV with dinner, but outside of that no phone. I'm also getting into reading more books and magazines.

Pretty much any semi-auto can be converted to full-auto without a lot of work. It's typically not good for the gun, but generally speaking, criminals don't give three shits about the longevity of their guns. Criminals treat their guns like disposable razors.
