Thanks. References were contacted April 7th, so I assume it's on a judge's desk now, but have been concerned about the whole self defense reason since about 10 minutes from the time I left the clerks office. Good to know Monroe is ok with a self defense reasoning.

To all former/ current military.... Isn't there a section of military law that allows for the disobedience of a direct order during extreme circumstances? I think its relevant in this circumstance on a civilian level.
