So a kind of non-update. Yesterday marks 60 days since applying. No references contacted, nada, zip, zilch. Beard and hair update. Beard length now 1 1/4", same as hair. Not too shabby, but was told today im looking like Paul Bunyan. I need flannels i guess. Until 90 days, signing off.

I agree, but in the overall view ( 30 thousand foot) this would mean that in any case the prosecution has the upper hand by intentionally pushing for a mistrial as a "do-over". I may believe it to be possibly true in this scenario, but there must be something procedurally to keep the balance...

Same here Celt. Moved from buffalo to Rochester. Had to wait long enough to get to know others well enough to trust asking them for references. Recently applied ( September 24th) after over 2 years ( mostly due to the trust component).

This had a near direct impact on me moving from 1 county to another. Had to wait it out.

Illinois is the only stickler with this plan as i planned to follow the same as you, Florida and Iowa. Colorado itself is a no fly period as its residents only. I have my son checking into legal open carry for non residents now.

Course i took was from on target firearms by an NRA instructor regarding laws in carry for NY. Classroom only, no practical shooting due to the lack of permits. Class was given by a retired monroe county sheriff officer. Hopefully that demonstrates responsibility of ownership. Its only 16 days...
