I've been seeing them all over the place around me for a while now. The first two were at the local small town Lowes, and I feel like I see a new one every couple of weeks. I don't need to look at the website to know I've been on them many times.

However, key people in congress make money from reauthorizing 702. Think about how those 10,000 workstations are used, and for what purposes over 1.1 million “illegal database searches” could be exploited in Biden’s first year.

Office of Inspector General Michael Horowitz testified April 27, 2023, that more than 3.4 million search queries into the NSA database took place between Dec. 1st, 2020 and Nov. 30th, 2021, by government officials and/or contractors working on behalf of the federal government. These search queries were based on authorizations related to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA).
Approximately 30% of those 3.4 million search queries were outside the rules and regulations that govern warrantless searches, what the politically correct government calls “non-compliant searches.” That means more than 1 million searches of private documents and communication of Americans were illegal and outside the rules.
Additionally, IG Horowitz also admitted that somewhere north of 10,000 federal employees have access to conduct these searches of the NSA database; a database which contains the electronic data of every single American, including emails, text messages, social media posts, instant messages, direct messages, phone calls, geolocation identifiers, purchases by electronic funds, banking records and any keystroke any American person puts into any electronic device for any reason.

President Trump Opposes FISA 702 Reauthorization - Surveillance Authority Expires April 19th - The Last Refuge

Let me be very clear about something. FISA-702 authorization expires April 19th. Almost every single person of influence in DC knows the Intelligence Community will not stop exploiting the NSA database, regardless of the expiration. Meaning, with or without authority, the Gang-of-Eight, Office...

Folks everything will go into a big data base on each one of us ...

Find license plate readers (LPRs) near you.
deflock.org deflock.org

There is an app you can download to let you know where some of the cameras are. Not all locations are known.

First they put up shot spotters - but I wasn't A shooter.
Then they put up flock cameras - but I didn't give a flock.
Then they mandated remote computer shut downs - but I wasn't A criminal.
Now they are beating down my door because I posted on line - what happened?

Ive been poking around on that map just to look for trends and well... I like maps and learning things.

There seems to be a weird correlation between flock cameras and Lowe's home improvement locations.

I might look into this a little more.

Automated License Plate Readers (ALPRs or LPRs) are AI-powered cameras that capture and analyze images of all passing vehicles, storing details like your car's location, date, and time. They also capture your car's make, model, color, and identifying features such as dents, roof racks, and bumper stickers, often turning these into searchable data points.

These cameras collect data on millions of vehicles regardless of whether the driver is suspected of a crime. These systems are marketed as indispensable tools to fight crime, but they ignore the powerful tools police already have to track criminals, such as cell phone location data, creating a loophole that doesn't require a warrant

Evidence supports the conclusion that Lowe's has undertaken a large-scale deployment of Flock ALPR cameras, largely as a loss-prevention measure, and that these installations have contributed to public perceptions of unusually dense surveillance around many Lowe's stores. The stronger claim—that Lowe's locations are systematically denser than all other comparable retail sites nationwide—has not yet been established by a comprehensive public analysis.

Interesting.... So there might be something to my random 5 mins of analysis noticing something weird about Lowes.

And yes for those who haven't though about issues such as this, just think what this type of technology will happen when it's fused with general AI that will become all knowing about you and your habits, your routine, your shopping etc. This is 1 of about 10000 things that will be tracked and cataloged and predicted in real time.

The city near me had Flock cameras and after local outcry, they discontinued the service. The excuse of needing them for stopping crime or solving crimes just doesn't hold water. Can they help, sure, are they needed, maybe in very very few cases. Are they so valuable the it's worth giving up what little liberty we have left, no way. While I don't expect privacy in public, I also don't expect the government to use my own tax dollars to surveil me every time I step outside or go for a drive either. I get that stores have a right to record as do you with a camera on your own property or anywhere you go in public. The government collecting data on and surveilling everyone, everywhere, all the time is a surveillance state, no less than if a police officer was posted at the end of your driveway and followed you everywhere, every time you go out to watch where you go and what you do. Not what our founders envisioned and not what a free people in a constitutional republic should tolerate.

Digital currency is my next concern.

Not recently, why, are you offering?
And yes @Darth , I know you're offering!

Anyways, no cameras out here in cow country yet. They would be a big waste of money. We have zero crime, and very few people.

What the heck was the movie years ago about AI and surveillance where they ( law enforcement ) could predict when crimes where about to happen and arrest people before the crime ever occurred?

Only Flock camera within 75 miles of me: Lowes in Hornell NY.

My personal expenditures at Lowes from Jan 2022 to today: $67,390.55

Keep it up, Lowes. See what happens.
