Ummmm, unintelligent post that makes unrealistic assumptions. Iran by demonstration has acted in direct opposition to your proclamation. Since the Shah was outted and the Islamic Revolutionaries took over, they've done nothing but inflict "Terror" unto their own and the world!

The previous administrations that allowed Iran to fester over decades and even exist is fanatical... It took a bold move by a leader with balls and backbone to finally extract retribution for the offenses committed against the US in the 70's!!! The 70's ... Cuba played around and paid the price, so did many other countries, but Iran inexplicably escaped for way too long. And now ... The check and debt was called due.

As for the subject matter of this thread, no, nukes shouldn't be used, ever again... We have the capability and have already demonstrated military superiority over these sand diggers ... And now they're suffocating under financial collapse too. Military use of Nuclear weapons isn't a first line or any line offensive weapon, it is a last resort mutual annihilation doomsday weapon! There's absolutely zero justification for its use as a primary offensive weapon for any reason.

The Bunker Busters could do the job, and does it really matter that the facility is buried so deep that bombing all access and entrances make it unusable outside ridiculous measures that would be clearly exhibited and the nation unable to hide from overhead view? I agree though that those bombs are limited and I wonder if we have ratcheted up production to bolster our inventory since using them already. I remember reading we don't have too many of them. But yeah, a half dozen or so would render the place useless...

Nukes, and their use, isn't such a simple subject. Military doctrine would require a conventional war with escalation to even approach the trigger point (pun intended) for putting their use on the table to consider. Again, I'm not sure there's even a scenario in all the treaties governing their use and agreed upon by the 9 countries that have nukes for an offense type situation. You can be sure, not one has bitched about the US taking Iran capability out, and they're all very tight about making sure who else can get them, because it's an exclusive club for sure! And be sure to, that's it THEY who'll decide who has them. Iran will never have or I tain Nukes, because if they do, THEN use against them with nukes would be "Defensive" and justification applied!

Anyways... Long winded answer to a not so simple question. Even though I'd love to see a glass parking lot over there, it has to be NO! Their decimation can be had by other means and our current leader is making that happen. He's smarter than people allow for, especially those suffering from TDS!

Just imagine if Israel used a Nuke on Gaza or Lebanon they might have caused Gencide. Wait they did that already without. Thousands of Woman and Children murdered. Doubt Israel would have attempted to do such if Palastine had Nukes. According to Trump Iran is nothing now. No Airforce, Navy and their Army is not even being paid. One should be questioning why are we still at it if just for Nukes? Another agenda at hand??
