The supreme court ruled that? Really? I must have missed all the media coverage of it at the time.
Spat has mentioned the CIA deliberately creates false conspiracies to throw people off the track of the real ones. I'm beginning to think you might actually be a CIA plant lol.

Trust in government... not. Gov used to at least try to conceal/hide their ill doings. Not any more. Now they do their evil shit out in the open, they even broadcast it, brag about it. And the sheeple are good with it.
For a real article describing real police state tactics here is this:

More police state tactics. A doctor revealed his hospital was continuing to perform transgender surgeries in secret despite their stated claims they stopped. So what does the police state do? They indict him for revealing confidential information.

I don't know what is up with links to Twitter (x). They don't show up like they used to. But here is the reprehensible mediocrity merrick garland explaining how he doesn't have to respond to congressional subpoenas he thinks are not legitimate. Rules for thee, not for me. Tell me again why is Steve Bannon going to jail?

Garland would have made an excellent bureaucrat for either the nazis or the soviets. What a contemptible little toad of a man.

With election time coming up and the leftists having nothing to run on, no accomplishments to brag about, their digging into their bag of used bullshit to find something, anything, to throw out there. Sad thing is that plenty of sheeple swallow the lefty cum, and like it. The feeble old pudd running for his 2nd term has run our country into the ground and has contributed to the current ongoing wars around the globe, and is about to get us into WWlll. And he has what... like a 39% approval rating?? WTF is the matter with those 39%'ers?!?
I was raised Catholic and am a supporter of the Felon. And I'm proud to be part of the DHS problem. Fuck'm right where they breath.

Well this is definitely "The Plan".
EPA vs West Virginia (Commonwealth) case was a major indicator of such an act Donald Trump will eventually perform.
West Virginia v. Environmental Protection Agency, 597 U.S. ___ (2022), was a U.S. Supreme Court case. It asks whether important policies that impact the lives of all Americans, should be made by unelected D.C. bureaucrats or by congress. This SCOTUS decision that ruling by executive agency is no longer acceptable.
So any laws that are on the books that haven't been passed through congress are void. This includes EOs and government agencies "rules".
You all want to know why this went under the radar? Because mainstream media was arbitrarily covering the Depp & Heard Trial. They love finding ways to bury real-info
This latest Supreme Court ruling will allow the demise of the power the EPA. In a landmark case, West Virginia vs. EPA, it was decided that these congress created establishments are not part of the Republic.
This will soon end the FBI, CIA, ATF, DEA, IRS, NIH, CDC, FDA, School Boards and more! So by default this is already done. D. Trump is basically going to finish it off with the announcement.

It's a deep dive into the history of how we got to our current state of affairs where the 4th branch of government (the intelligence agencies) now essentially control the country. If you want to know how it happened and who was behind it this is the best article to read. Well worth your time.

Big Picture Question - Big Picture Answer - The Last Refuge
I was explaining how Joe Biden is now facing two formidable forces against his 2024 election candidacy, (1) Barack Obama, and (2) the Intelligence Community. A question was raised: “I thought the IC and Team Obama were one in the same?” The answer is no, not really; and the expanded answer is a...
