Deep state indeed, but as soon as that guy in the vid uttered ''democracy'' in 40 seconds, he lost my interest. For those who still don't believe there is such a thing as the deep state.

FUCK democracy.
The best argument against democracy is a five-minute conversation with the average voter.
--Winston Churchill
Our downfall is that we allowed congress to sell the republic to London.Democracy is a terrible system. It's the worst, except for all the others.
Our founding fathers wise solution did *not* build a system based on universal sufferage. History may record our meddling with that as the ultimate cause of our downfall.

They won't tell or admit it, but they have Suburbans outfitted with Radio telemetry capable of tracking, locating, and intercepting Cell Phone transmissions locating one down to within three foot...sort of stuff you need a Search Warrant for but exigent circumstances seems to negate a lot of that. This is the first time I recall seeing one like this. "Proactive enforcement with UAS" is going to be severely abused.
The police will be spying on you in locations that were not previously visible to the public.
I think I'm going to submit FOIL requests for their pilot training records, flight data, FAA licensing/registration, aircraft and software specs, NYSP "proactive enforcement" policy/doctrine involving use of UAS, and have they ever heard of SkyNet.

Can abandon the J Edgar Hoover building, but they never will abandon the J Edgar Hoover tactics.Worse than "exigent circumstances" abuse.
They straight up violate the law, and just don't tell anyone about it.
They have a concept called "parallel construction", where they will use illegal wiretapping to find out something, then they'll send a detective to find *admissible* evidence of that thing.
If they never tell you, or your lawyer, about the original illegal search, then you can't object.
And if you *do* find out about it, they'll deny it and get the feds to cover with some "national security" bullshit.

I did mention the State Police Commander that was relieved of Command, ordered to immediately Retire, and forbidden any future positions involved or associated with Law Enforcement...Troopers under him were heard to say he should have been charged with Felonies, but they don't want the bad Press.Worse than "exigent circumstances" abuse.

Not charging the felonies *is* the bad press.I did mention the State Police Commander that was relieved of Command, ordered to immediately Retire, and forbidden any future positions involved or associated with Law Enforcement...Troopers under him were heard to say he should have been charged with Felonies, but they don't want the bad Press.
On a LEO Tangent: One of the Marcy Prison Guards that unalived an inmate got 25 years for it...I didn't know him, but he and his Family (two Elementary School age daughters) live about a mile from me...not excusing what he and the others did, probably should have taken the Plea Deal, I do feel bad for the Children. Not charging the felonies *is* the bad press.
It's going take a lot of bad cops going to prison for a long time before they will regain the public trust.
Trying to pretend the problems aren't as bad as they are fools nobody, and people just see it as evidence of further corruption.
What we really need is a specific law enforcement organization that's only purpose is to investigate and prosecute other law enforcement.
"Internal investigations" will never be trusted, and we can't rely on prosecutors who are normally colleagues to treat law enforcement fairly.
And above all "fired" or "resigned" but not prosecuted is just an straight up admission of the double standard.
It's not just cops. I had a government employee trespassing on my property in NY, on camera. He was doing his official business on the street that day and decided to wander around my house, look in the garage and over the fence, touch things that belong to me, and then leave. His official business had nothing to do with me or my property. I reported it to the municipality with video evidence. They said they would fire him that day, and then called to tell me the guy retired when they asked him about it. I'm sure he was advised on his best course of action. Not charging the felonies *is* the bad press.
