SCOTUS has no interest in creating a functional CCW right. They are happy to have a theoretical right that is unworkable in real life.

I dont feel SCOTUS gives a rats ass about the Constitution. If so they would have stepped in by now on a lot more.

I think they spend more time writing books, and speeches, than ruling on the law.
