SKS - NYS Legal with fixed mag?

Hey guys,
I'm trying to determine if a stock Tula 1953r SKS would be considered legal under the NY SAFE Act? It has a 10-round fixed mag, so I'm making the assumption that you can have 'features' on it, including the toothpick. Also could these possibly be considered Curios & Relics? Has anyone run this to ground? I tried searching for this here but can't come up with anything.

I guess I should qualify my proclamation. The SKS is legal in MOST of PRNY. I see that you're from Blue Point....that sure sounds like some Long Island /NYC area type place to me (although I don't know for sure). If that's the case, there may be some regional prohibition in place. My end of the State has no such restriction.
