It wasnt an "official" term, its what the guys called what they were hunting at night. And, yes, as I said earlier "feeding the coyotes". It wasnt an official policy, of course, but it was practiced regularly and generally accepted.

I still don't understand the mayor's justification for this increased tax. Aren't these home owners paying property taxes for services they AREN'T using, because they aren't there? In my math, They're just donating tax money to the city for these properties.

Theres a big difference between your address and phone number in the book and being doxxed. When you are in the phone book or have your info in a public record is not the same as being singularly pointed out and targeted for being a facsist or some other "crime against humanity" you libtards dream up.

It's just a list of addresses and names. Same as you'd find in the phone book. It's not listing his SSN, emails, where they work or anything like that. The only difference is it's only "high value" homes and not every home like you'd find in a phone book. I could figure the high value home part on my own in Zillow in about 30 seconds. Nothing not already available to the public has been released.

Though his data base seems to target high priced, second home owners. Something which most likely was driven by input required by the property owners without consent for public release. Much like the Opt Out forms many counties offer to protect permit holders.

In my county I can go to the assessors office web site and look up the owner of any parcel and what they pay.
