Back in the early 80's, a guy that worked with me went over to the BP. Worked in Ariz, when he came back to visit he told tales of night time "coyote hunts" the BP did on a regular basis. Coyotes were what they called illegals.

It wasnt an "official" term, its what the guys called what they were hunting at night. And, yes, as I said earlier "feeding the coyotes". It wasnt an official policy, of course, but it was practiced regularly and generally accepted.

I still don't understand the mayor's justification for this increased tax. Aren't these home owners paying property taxes for services they AREN'T using, because they aren't there? In my math, They're just donating tax money to the city for these properties.
